Katie Parsons is an experienced researcher and journalist with hospitality and small-business expertise.

Brent LeBlanc is a multifaceted creative marketer with a diverse career in storytelling. A professional voiceover artist, he has lent his voice to national and global companies across various commercial and creative projects. LeBlanc also serves as recurring talent in live TV membership drives for Chicago PBS and provides freelance creative services for a range of companies, including Ubisoft. He lives in Chicago with his partner and their two cats.
